Conservation Collective is passionate about habitat gardens and helping people to engage with nature for all the wonderful benefits to the environment and individuals.
We aim to help our community to do this by providing indigenous plants, information, advice and a plant grant program.
To be selected to receive one of our monthly $400 plant grants fill out the form below.
Who is eligible?
Any community group in the Mornington Peninsula region.
e.g. Schools, Kindergartens, Scouts, Friends groups, Landcare etc
What do you get?
$400 worth of plants suitable to your project.
Plants provided will be based on your project and current plant availability.

Successful Applicants
Projects will be selected 6 times a year.
Only one Plant Grant Application Form for group needs to be submitted per year.
Successful projects will be picked based on the site preparation, community engagement and project success plan provided in application.
